Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of your delivery date. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
If a purchase is worn for any types of photoshoot, red carpet, press or events, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. Preorders and custom orders are not available for return.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
MilláSu reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We retain the right to deny any return request. Please note, due to the nature of the products and processing fees, all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional usage or damage fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address details. We will do our best to help you change the address prior to the order being shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, it is up to the customer to contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs arising out of this issue.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
