DELIVERY INFORMATION

We ship our items in 1 to 2 weeks when the made to order or made to measure items are ready to send.

 

PRICES, SHIPPING, VAT, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from our studio in the Netherlands. All international orders are included VAT, duties and customs charges. There will not be any additional costs.

Delivery times are variable and the customer is informerd on each product page concerned. Please make sure you read these delivery information before placing an order. These delivery times are estimates only and although MilláSu will endeavour to ship your order in time, delays by a few days due to material supply chains or shipping may occur as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. This is unfortunately out of our control. These delays do not give the right to any cancellation of order or refund. MilláSu however will always contact and inform the customer of any delays of delivery in their order.

 

RETURNS

OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND/OR TO MEASURE, THIS MEANS THAT THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK AND PRODUCTION WILL ONLY COMMENCE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED BY A CUSTOMER. MADE TO ORDER AND MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECTED TO RETURNS, EXHANGES OR REFUNDS.

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address details. We will do our best to help you change the address prior to the order being shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, it is up to the customer to contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs arising out of this issue.

 

REFUNDS

MilláSu provides only made to order and made to measure items. This items are not subjected to refunds.
